What you can do right now to inspire wanderlust and ease stress

The best way to recharge your mind, body, and soul is through travelling. Personally, for me and speaking from experience, stepping out of that routine environment will transform the mindset and inspire your senses. #keepdreaming we will get there again!  While it still may not be comfortable for many as we ease back into a new travel landscape or maybe you are traveling locally, we can find other ways to connect with the benefits of travel.  I am thrilled to share these hotel companies that have curated incredibly inspiring ways of connecting, virtually, to their destinations.  Here are some ideas to inspire your wanderlust, help invigorate your mind, and get you excited for when you can take that big trip again.

At Home with Six Senses
I am obsessed with their chef series (featured on their social channels) which takes you first to the garden then the kitchen.  Additionally, their wellness experts talk about all the things you need to maintain balance at home.

Red Carnation
To transport you to any of their gorgeous destinations check out the blog.  Recipes from their kitchens and bars, ideas for future trips, stories from travelers, and resources on their commitment to sustainability are just a few of the incredible articles you will find.

Belmond’s Care Package
Belmond has curated an at home “care package” to make you feel like you are on a luxurious escape.  They have something for everyone, from wellness rituals, to music, reading, and exceptional experiences to dream about it!

Singita
Sounds of safaris recorded directly from their destinations.  Great for meditations or just to feel transported to a foreign land.   Their Instagram feed is also filled with breathtaking pictures!

Kensington Tours
To get truly inspired check out the #whyilove series by destination experts with Kensington Tours. First hand stories from every place you could dream of traveling to. You may even discover some new places to add to your bucket list.

Interested in traveling to one of these hotels or experiences? Don’t do it alone! Consider working with a Travel Advisor (ahem, maybe me, hint hint! I like to add extra special perks for my clients!) to plan your future trip. It is going to be necessary and a more secure way to travel during this rapidly changing environment if you have an advocate for you to help pre, during, and post trip.  You also deserve a little pampering and a stress-free vacation which your advisor absolutely helps with.  The anticipation of this trip will keep you inspired for the months to come.
